Annual association dues for 2024 are $210.00. Dues statements will be mailed to the property owner’s address on record the end of January. Payments are due on February 29, 2024. Payments made after the due date are subject to a late fee.
Make checks payable to: Greenmont Owners Association. Please make sure your property address is noted on the payment, especially when sending payment through a bank order!!!
